We have found that governance and strategy work can be sensitive, nuanced, and best handled by those with deep experience.
Our team is intentionally small. It is made up of highly experienced executive-level advisors and hands-on associates who have all personally served as directors, corporate secretaries or executives themselves.
Kathryn Cosgrove MBA FCMC leads all projects and is involved in all aspects of the work. Collectively, we have nearly 100 years of experience in governance and organizational leadership.
